Grad NIGHTS
Graduation is an exciting rite of passage, and we understand the importance of being able to celebrate this significant academic achievement. James Event Productions can help you put together a fun-filled reward for your students by providing them with a night of memories they will cherish forever in a safe and controlled environment that will allow their parents to get a good night’s sleep while we handle the rest.
We’ve delivered many fantastic Grad Night Parties over the years. A sign of our success is how many of the schools come back to us every year. We produce our Grad Nights with the latest themes, creative décor, great entertainment, fun food and refreshments, and so many activities that your students won’t want to leave. We’ll work with you to create the most unique and memorable graduation party imaginable.

NON-PROFIT SPORTING EVENTS
James Event Productions has the honor of producing charity walks/runs, festivals, and sporting events for local and national charities such as March of Dimes (OC/LA/SD), American Heart Association (OC/LA), Blind Children Centers, Children’s Cancer Research Foundation, CHOC Hospital, Alzheimer’s Association and National MS Society (OC/SD), just to name a few. We assist in all event planning including pre-production and event elements like logistical execution, labor vs. volunteers, layout design, permits, festival and vendor area rental needs, staging with audio and video support, and event day coordination.
